In a dark room with a smell that’s filling the place. My anxiety grew stronger, walking along the halls with the sounds of creaking floors, until I find a light to hide in and the sensation in my body feels empty. “I must no longer be afraid, but they are too many”, the person said while feeling anxious. He spent his entire life living alone with no one to accompany him. He never wanted any friends because all of them are avoiding him. He tried making friends but they turned him down because of how he looks and how he acts. “Why…why don’t they like me? Is it because of my looks, my attitude, my socializing skills? Why? I just wanted comfort.” The next day… “Would somebody just please be my friend.” Feeling sad and loneliness, he is walking through the school hallways thinking about life. Suddenly a beautiful lady appeared! She was the top scorer of every exam that her class took. He is too scared to interact with her because he is worried that it will just affect her status and every single person will bully him for socializing the people they acknowledge. He remembered a time in his past when he was still a young lad. He was with a girl who loves playing games with him. They were always together until…”Please! I want to be with you longer!” He shouted “I’m sorry but I have to go…” Said the girl. While walking to reach his classroom he finally remembered that his schoolmate was his childhood friend. Soon after that happened, “Ryan? Oh my god, I haven’t seen you in a million years!” Said the girl “Yeah, its been a long time Lisa” Said Ryan. Ryan and Lisa were such good friends that they always talk to each other but when the got separated Ryan got sad because he thought that he could never see her again. “Ryan are you okay?” Asked Lisa. “I’m fine thanks for asking.” Thanked Ryan. They were walking together to the cafeteria to have a little chat and went home together. The day after, Ryan got to school and suddenly he got attacked. “Well…well…well look what we have here the lonely Ryan.” Said the bullies “What do you want from me.” Asked Ryan. “You better stay away from Lisa she’s mine. She doesn’t deserve a loser like you.” threatened the bullies. Pushed him against the wall teased, hurt, and beaten up. Ryan was badly bruised lying in the ground bullied for days, Ryan’s body gave up at the moment. In the bathroom, barely able to speak “Please, help me…” Ryan begging for help and his only friend found him lying on the ground passed out. He brought him into the infirmary. Treated…Healed…and suddenly he woke up “Ryan are you okay?” said his friend. “Yeah, thanks I’m glad to have a friend like you.” thanked Ryan. He felt bad for letting his friend carry him to the infirmary he couldn’t thank him enough. In his house he arrived, went into the room, locked himself and then he felt depressed “Why do they hate me so much? It’s not like I never wanted talk to her.” said Ryan while coated in his blanket. “Please somebody help me…I don’t want to be alone anymore…” The day passed… Ryan was suspicious of the bullies because on how he sees that they are planning something bad to Lisa. Then suddenly they captured Lisa and put her into a dark room where they interrogated with her. “What is the meaning of this Jack?” asked Lisa. “Now tell why do you like that loser more than me?” asked Jack. “It’s because I’ve known him more than you. We were childhood friends and I just met you last year.” explained Lisa. “Well I'm gonna make you love me whether you like me or not.” said jack. Lisa screamed for help. Then Ryan heard a voice “HELP ME!” he rushed to the direction where he heard the voice then he saw the bully “Jack…” said Ryan “Look who showed up at the party. Hey loser look its your friend.” said Jack “Let her go now.” said Ryan “Well show me what you got chicken” replied Jack. The two fought each other just to have Lisa’s heart. The fight went on for minutes while both keep standing up in order to show who has won. After the fight Ryan won and Jack has fallen. Saved his childhood friend and escaping together. The next day they went to school together, they were together again and promised themselves to never leave each other’s side. They graduated still by each other, loved, dated, and married. Now they are a happy family, Ryan living with the best life he had. Standing by his wife Lisa feeling happy, loved, and appreciated. The End
